Straight answers on inspections, scheduling, and warranty coverage.

Is the initial inspection really free?

Yes. We walk the exterior, photograph conditions, and talk through your priorities at no charge. You get a written scope with line-item pricing before any work is scheduled.

What should I have ready for the walk-through?

Anything you already know: the age of the roof, siding, or windows, past repairs, insurance claims, HOA guidelines, and photos of leaks or damage while they're happening. The more context, the more accurate the scope.

How long will my project take?

Roofs run one to three days. Windows install in one to two days after a four to eight week material lead time. Siding runs one to three weeks. Exterior painting runs five to ten working days. Decks and porches run two to four weeks plus permitting. You get both start and finish dates before we begin.

Do I need to be home while the work is happening?

Not for the whole project. We need you for the walk-through, any change-order decision, and the final punch list. Your project lead keeps you posted on schedule and progress the rest of the time.

What warranty do I get?

A written workmanship warranty from us plus the manufacturer's product warranty on materials. Both documents are handed over at the final walkthrough along with the exact product lines and colors installed.

What if I notice something after the crew leaves?

Call your project lead. Workmanship issues inside the warranty period are ours to fix, and we would rather handle it in a week than have it become the thing you tell your neighbors about.
