Last updated: August 16, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of newtrendexterior.com and your interactions with New Trend Exteriors (“New Trend Exteriors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These website Terms do not replace any estimate, proposal, construction agreement, subcontract, purchase order, change order, financing agreement, warranty, or other written agreement associated with a specific project. If a project agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed project agreement controls with respect to that project.

Website Information
Website content is general information, not a project-specific professional opinion.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection, written proposal, engineering evaluation, code review, insurance determination, or other project-specific professional assessment.
Photographs, descriptions, timelines, material information, cost discussions, and examples on the website are illustrative. They do not guarantee that the same products, methods, appearance, schedule, performance, or results will apply to another property.
Conditions involving active water intrusion, structural movement, electrical hazards, unstable materials, unsafe decks, mold, or other immediate risks should be evaluated promptly by an appropriate professional.
Inspections, Estimates, and Proposals
Estimates are free and helpful, but they do not create a binding contract.
New Trend Exteriors may offer free exterior inspections and estimates. An inspection or estimate does not create a construction contract or obligate either party to proceed.
Estimates and proposals are based on:
- Conditions visible or reasonably discoverable at the time of inspection
- Measurements and project information available at that time
- The selected materials and proposed scope
- Current labor and material availability
- Information supplied by the customer, builder, general contractor, architect, engineer, insurer, HOA, or other relevant party
A quote or proposal remains valid only for the period stated in that document. Pricing, availability, lead times, and scheduling may change before a proposal is accepted.
We may correct clerical, calculation, typographical, or pricing errors before a binding project agreement is formed.
No project is scheduled or authorized solely by submitting a website form, exchanging preliminary messages, or receiving an estimate. Work begins only after the applicable documents, approvals, payments, and scheduling requirements are completed.
Project Agreements
Every project is governed by its own written agreement.
Each project may be governed by a separate written proposal, contract, purchase order, subcontract, scope sheet, or other agreement.
Project documents may address:
- Detailed scope and exclusions
- Materials, colors, profiles, and product selections
- Pricing and allowances
- Deposits and progress payments
- Start and completion expectations
- Site access and owner responsibilities
- Permits and inspections
- HOA or architectural-review requirements
- Hidden conditions and change orders
- Cleanup and project closeout
- Warranties
- Cancellation and termination rights
- Dispute procedures
Customers should review all project documents before signing and ask questions about anything they do not understand.
Pricing and Payment
Payment terms are set out in your project agreement.
Project pricing and payment requirements are stated in the applicable written proposal, contract, invoice, or purchase order.
A project may require:
- A deposit to reserve scheduling or order materials
- Progress payments tied to stated project milestones
- Payment for approved change orders
- Final payment after completion, subject to the applicable agreement and punch-list process
Deposits for custom, special-order, fabricated, or non-returnable materials may become nonrefundable once the order is placed, but only as disclosed in the applicable project agreement.
Past-due balances may be subject to collection costs, interest, late charges, suspension of work, or other remedies when permitted by law and disclosed in the applicable agreement.
New Trend Exteriors does not require full project payment upfront under its published homeowner process. The exact payment schedule is controlled by the signed project documents.
Financing
Financing, if available, comes from a third party under its own terms.
Third-party financing may be available for certain projects.
New Trend Exteriors is not a lender and does not determine credit eligibility, approval, interest rates, fees, payment amounts, or financing terms. Any financing arrangement is governed by the customer’s separate agreement with the finance provider.
Financing availability is not guaranteed, and project obligations are not modified unless confirmed in writing.
Scheduling and Delays
Dates are estimates unless guaranteed in writing. Weather and supply issues can affect schedules.
Inspection dates, production schedules, material lead times, delivery dates, start dates, and completion dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a signed agreement.
Schedules may be affected by circumstances including:
- Rain, storms, wind, humidity, temperature, or unsafe working conditions
- Hurricanes, tropical weather, flooding, or other events beyond reasonable control
- Material shortages, manufacturing delays, or shipping disruptions
- Permit, inspection, engineering, HOA, or architectural-review delays
- Hidden deterioration or unforeseen site conditions
- Customer-requested changes
- Delayed selections, approvals, payments, or site access
- Conditions caused by other contractors or trades
- Labor interruptions or public emergencies
New Trend Exteriors will make reasonable efforts to communicate material schedule changes. A delay does not automatically constitute a breach or entitle a party to compensation unless the applicable signed agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Property Access and Customer Responsibilities
Help us help you by providing safe access and accurate information.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the project area as required by the agreed schedule.
Depending on the project, customers may be responsible for:
- Providing accurate property and contact information
- Confirming ownership or authority to approve the work
- Identifying known leaks, hazards, utilities, access restrictions, or prior repairs
- Securing pets and providing gate, alarm, parking, or access instructions
- Moving or protecting personal property near the work area
- Providing available HOA, architectural-review, insurance, survey, engineering, or property documents
- Making selections and decisions within the required timeframe
- Maintaining required insurance
- Avoiding unsafe work areas during construction
- Making payments according to the signed agreement
New Trend Exteriors is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information, concealed conditions, unavailable access, untimely selections, or approvals outside our control.
Permits, Inspections, and HOA Approvals
We coordinate approvals when included in your scope, but final decisions rest with authorities and associations.
New Trend Exteriors may prepare and coordinate permits, inspections, HOA submissions, or architectural-review materials when included in the written project scope.
Government agencies, inspectors, homeowners’ associations, architectural review boards, engineers, manufacturers, and similar parties make their own independent decisions. We cannot guarantee their approval, processing time, interpretation, or requirements.
The customer remains responsible for obligations specifically assigned to the owner under applicable law, community rules, or the signed project documents.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Returns
Cancellation and refund terms depend on your signed project agreement.
Cancellation, termination, rescheduling, refund, and deposit terms are governed by the applicable signed project agreement and applicable law.
Custom, special-order, fabricated, tinted, cut, or otherwise project-specific materials may not be returnable after ordering or production begins. Manufacturer and supplier return restrictions may apply.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation or rescission right that cannot legally be waived.
Workmanship and Manufacturer Warranties
Warranties are described in your project documents, not on this website.
Eligible projects include a written New Trend Exteriors workmanship warranty and applicable manufacturer product warranties, as identified in the project documents.
Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, maintenance requirements, transferability, registration, and claim procedures vary by project and product. No universal warranty period is created by these website Terms.
Manufacturer warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer’s terms and decisions.
Normal weathering, maintenance needs, movement, fading, color variation, storm damage, misuse, lack of maintenance, work performed by others, and conditions outside the approved scope may not constitute warrantable defects.
Customers should retain all contracts, product information, color records, warranty documents, maintenance instructions, and proof of payment.
Insurance Claims
We can help document damage, but we do not make insurance decisions.
New Trend Exteriors may document observed storm or property damage, provide condition information, prepare an estimate, or meet with an insurance adjuster when agreed.
We are not an insurance company, public adjuster, or coverage decision-maker. We cannot interpret an insurance policy for the customer or guarantee claim approval, coverage, payment, supplements, or claim outcomes.
The customer remains responsible for communicating with the insurer and complying with policy requirements.
